Hi again,

As you've read my name is Erak Simsson and I live in a small town called Amesbury located just a few miles away from the world famous 'Stonehenge' I live here with my wife Melanie and son Alexander.

Over the last 20 years I have been fortunate in enough to have spent my time helping women, men and children improve their health, fitness and confidence.

In recent times I have coached and trained a number of ladies to take part in the Cancer Research charity 'Race For Life Fun Run' and also worked alongside a NHS Primary Care Trust on Obesity / Weight Loss Programmes.

In 2008 along with my wife Melanie we successfully organised a charity 'Wear Your Wedding Dress Again' event a 1 mile walk or jog in the morning followed by an evening ball which is where the ladies got to wear their dresses again. The event raised over a £1,000 for Cancer Research 'Breast Cancer' we hope to make it an even bigger success next year, might we see you there?

My hobbies include; tennis mainly with my 6 year old son Alexander and relaxing with a good book. One of my favourite films; Quigley Down Under starring Tom Seleck.
