  • Question 3. 'I have not exercised for a very long time, how will I know if I am doing the exercises properly or not?'

  • Answer: A rubber resistance band they normally come in three different resistances, easy, moderate and hard, we would recommend a moderate / medium to begin with. This equipment can be purchased from a local sports shop, cost £8 - £15 depending on make.
